Brewed on International Women's Day as part of the IWCBD project which aims to promote and encourage more women in the brewing industry through collaboration and education.
Apricot Saison brewed with a pale & wheat malt base with Strata hops and crushed coriander added at the end of the boil. Fermented with our in-house saison yeast, with Apricot puree mixed into the fermenter, and a touch of lemon added for balance.
