Wild Card x HER London, IWD IPA, 6% - IPA brewed with an oat base & fermented with our in house yeast blend. Dry-hopped generously with Cryo Idaho 7 and Mosaic
The Blocker 6% - 440ml - This juicy IPA was brewed with a cool oat mash followed by a hot, pale barley soak. Fermented with our In-house special yeast blend and dry-hopped with Azacca and Citra.
The Captain 6.1% - 440ml - Brewed with wheat, pale malt and freshly crushed coriander at the end of the boil. Fermented hot with Belle Saison yeast and dry-hopped gently with Mosaic hops to finish.
The Jammer 5% - 440ml - A Hoppy Pale Ale brewed with a base of extra pale malt, wheat and a mixture of malted and flaked oats. Fermented with a hazy yeast strain, then double-dry hopped after a light chill with Strata, Vic Secret and Mosaic.
Grey Heron DDH Pale, 4.3% - Thick, juicy pale ale made with a mix of pale malt, both flaked and malted oats and a generous amount of wheat. Brewed with a special yeast to finish on the sweeter side and finished with a double dry hop of fresh Mosaic & Cryo Cascade.
Peregrine Falcon NEPA, 4.6% - New England Pale Ale brewed with a cool oat mash with a hot lager grist blended in. Fermented with our in house hazy yeast blend and finished with a double dry hop of Azacca and Idaho 7.
Great Crested Grebe IPA, 5.2% - IPA made with a pale, oat and wheat malt base and fermented with an innovative yeast blend which gives a gentle, low-intensity ferment. Finished with a double dry hop of the gorgeous cashmere and the Australian favourite, Vic Secret.
Ring-Necked Parakeet Belgian Pale, 5.4% - Belgian Pale Ale brewed with pale and wheat malt a small amount of light crystal, cara red. Hopped on the hot side with the classic noble hop Saaz and fermented with Belle Saison yeast. Singularly hopped to finish with Mosaic to accentuate and boost the natural fruity notes from the yeast.
